The Thriving Foundations package acts as a bridge between one off coaching sessions and a full coaching programme.
1:1 Personal Coaching Session
These 1:1 online sessions offer a confidential, supportive, and reflective thinking space tos explore a desired change.

These flexible one-off coaching sessions offer you time and space to gain clarity and find your next best steps.
*Individual 1 hour sessions are priced at £85 per session or £450 for a block booking of 6 sessions.*

This six session coaching programme offers practical help and support for making new choices and embracing the growth in change.
I’ll help you gain the clarity, confidence, and essential first steps you need to create your desired change in a truly meaningful way.
This programme is suited to those seeking a shorter commitment but want to experience the impact of a full coaching programme.

This online coaching programme offers 9 x 1:1 sessions, a strengths profile assessment, tailored resources, and practical tools.
Accountability check-ins, 90 minute sessions, and unlimited email support ensure this programme is fully matched to your needs.
This programme is best suited to individuals who are seeking personal transformation and growth for meaningful, lasting change.
