This coaching programme includes 1:1 online coaching, support with action planning, and regular check-ins.
You will receive online coaching sessions (over zoom), self-reflective resources, and optional email support.
Sessions can be booked via my online diary, giving you choice of days and times that work best for you.

I offer three coaching packages to meet you where you are right now and support your desired change, whatever stage you’re at.
Each coaching package offers 1:1 online sessions, with your choice of package reflecting different options of personalised support.
Pricing starts from £600 for a starter coaching package and longer term coaching packages are co-created to provide tailored support.
